How much do you charge for delivery?

UK and to BFPO addresses:

£4 for orders up to £40. FREE for orders over £40.

We regret that we do not ship orders outside the UK.

Also, for delivery to the Scottish Islands, we are only able to send Royal Mail Medium sized Parcels or smaller items. We regret that we therefore cannot send flag poles and the larger windsocks to the Scottish Islands due to outrageous courier charges. If you order larger items, we will refund you.

How long will my delivery take?

For most items, you should receive your order within 5 working days, and often sooner. However, during the festival season, orders may take up to 10 working days. If you need something by a specific date, contact us and we will let you know if it is possible.

I've changed my mind. Can I return the goods?

You have 14 days from placing your order to change your mind. If we have already sent you your items you will have to pay for the return postage.
